Do you deliver?  Yes.  We deliver, set-up and take down all of our equipment. This service is included in your rental fee.

Do I need to have someone at the house when you deliver it?  Yes, someone must be available.  The person at the house upon delivery must be a person who will be in attendance at the event so they can be taught how to raise and drop the unit and any other pertinent information.

When is the balance due?  The balance is due at time of delivery.

How large are Moonbounces? Moonbouncers need an area of about twenty by twenty square feet. The height is 20 feet. Make sure your area has no overhead power lines.

How are they powered? They are inflated using an electric blower unit which is powered by a standard 110V three prong electrical outlet.

What kind of surface is needed for setup? A flat level surface that is free of debris such as sticks, rocks, dog waste, etc with no overhead obstructions such as branches, electrical wires. 

Does the moonbouncer need to be anchord? Yes, the 15’ bouncers are staked to the lawn.  Please keep this in mind when picking a location that it does not have hidden wires or pipes in the ground.

How many children can fit in a Moonbounce? This depends on the moon bounce rented. As well as the age of the child. Children and adults should never be in the moon bounce at the same time.

Are the bouncers clean? Yes. All units are thoroughly cleaned.. We are committed to making sure your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment.

What if it rains? It is not recommended to operate a bouncer in the rain. If it starts raining, have kids leave the bouncer and turn off the blower and let the bouncer deflate.  We will provide an extra tarp to cover the bouncer if there is a chance of rain.  Once the rain has stopped, turn on the fan to inflate bouncer and dry the inside of the bouncer thoroughly with a towel before using it.

RAIN POLICY: DURING PERIODS OF SEVERE WEATHER CONDITIONS (I.E. RAIN, HIGH WINDS, ETC.) JUMPIN 4 FUN HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS. AT THE TIME OF CANCELLATION YOU WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE OR RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.

SHOULD CONDITIONS NOT BE SEVERE WE WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF KEEPING YOUR  RESERVATION PRIOR TO DELIVERY. IF YOU DECIDE TO KEEP YOUR  RESERVATION AND THE SAID EQUIPMENT FOR THE TERM OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS!
